Day Rental

STUDIO BOOKING

  • No cleaning fees because we believe in a self sustaining community to reduce overheads and support long-term affordability.

  • Self serviced space. Adhoc studio assistant is available at $40/hr, subjected to availability. Do check with us.

  • Full payment is required to confirm booking. First come first serve basis.

  • Reinstatement of all gear, backdrops, and modular furniture to their original settings 10 minutes prior to your session ending. Trash to be disposed accordingly with spare bags provided.

PENALTY AND DAMAGES

  • Should the space be left in a mess, stained or undesirable condition, a minimum of $50 fee would be imposed.

  • Damage to any property of the studio will be assessed and billed accordingly for cost of replacement, repair or disposal.

  • Any tear, stain or irreversible damage to the colour backdrop rolls will be charged at $10/meter

CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Full refund of deposit - More than 7 days of notice

  • 50% refund of deposit - 7 days or less

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum booking of 2 hours.

  • All sessions are booked on the hour.

  • Overrun will be billed at the hourly rate

  • Day sessions may extend at the hourly day rates or the block of 3hrs for night rental.

  • Studio will be opened about 15mins before session hour IF there are no bookings before. Your punctual return of the space is appreciated

  1. Flat Rate Pricing - No Cleaning Fees, Add Ons Or Surcharges

  2. Customised hours are calculated based on the sum of the block(s) an individual hours(s), whichever is lower

  3. Prices are in Singapore Dollars

Sat, Sun, PH and PH eve

8pm to 7am

3hr block - 200

  • Mandatory 3hr block bookings only from 8pm onwards.

  • Overrun will be billed for the next 3hr block.

  • $100 security deposit on top of the booking fee is required and is fully refunded within 48hrs post-session, provided the studio is 1) vacated on time, 2) undamaged and 3) returned clean and reset

  • Please note that non-compliance in any of the requirements above may result in the partial or full forfeiture of the deposit to cover for overrun, next-day express cleaning or other indirect costs incurred.

Student Discount: All students booking with a valid school email will enjoy additional $20 discount off the final booking fee (including bulk discounted hours)
